  • Checks mailed to SureCom Solutions via postal services will delay shipments by as much as 3-4 days.
  • Once a sale has been made, we will instantly send an invoice via email for proof-of-purchase.
  • Customer must request an invoice to be mailed otherwise it will be sent via email.
  • Most products are shipped via UPS ground or Federal Express. We reserve the right to determine which carrier will be used for any order.
  • All products are shipped with installation, setup, administration, and users guides.
  • Formal quotes are effective for 30 days from the date of issue and prices are thereafter subject to change.
  • Purchaser is responsible for claiming attempted delivery of merchandise.
  • Returns where there is no material defect in merchandise will be reviewed and accepted at the sole discretion of SureCom Solutions.
  • SureCom Solutions takes dispute claims very seriously and will pursue legal restitution to recoup any and all losses including merchant service provider penalties, legal, and other related fees associated with such claims. So do ensure that you do indeed have a legitimate claim regarding an alleged material defect.
     

Payment

SureCom Solutions accepts various method of payment. We accept business and personal checks via postal delivery, courier, or electronic ACH. Pre-payment of merchandise is required in advance of any shipment. A $25.00 service charge will be assessed on any check returned from the bank for any reason. Purchases may also be made with VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express and eCheck and PayPal.
 

Check

Business or personal checks on US or Canadian bank drafts. Delivery method either by postal mail or electronic check (ACH) providing all pertinent information to transfer funds. View the secure "eCheck Form" for more details.
 

Credit Card

MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Credit card is charged upon purchase and order is queued for processing.

  • Credit Card Fraud and Web Security
    To protect our customers and ourselves we must verify every customer billing and shipping address. We maintain a high level of security using 128-bit SSL encryption on our site to protect our customers privacy and billing information.

Purchase Order

We do not accept purchase orders for new un-established SureCom Solutions accounts. Purchase orders may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Pre-existing customers with a purchase history totaling $2500 or more and credit application has been processed and approved.
  • New customers with a purchase over $3000 and credit application has been processed and approved.
  • Non-refundable application fee of $75.
  • Approved account terms are 50% deposit with balance due Net 30.
  • A late charge of 2.25% per month will be accessed and billed on late pay invoices at discretion of SureCom Solutions.

Lease Purchase

SureCom Solutions utilizes the services of Provident Capital Corporation and various other business equipment finance companies. For approved purchases of $2500 of more, terms are usually 12, 24, 36 and 48 months. Methods are Fair Market Value (FMV), 10% Buy-out, and $1.00 Buy-out. Companies in business 2 years or less need not fear as there are programs designed to assist credit worthy startups. View the secure online "Credit Application" .
 

Discounts

We strive for complete accuracy. If you discover an online coupon or shopping cart coupon codes that have prematurely expired or are in error, notify us.

 

  • SureCom Solutions reserves the right to cancel or change any coupons or coupon codes at anytime without prior notice.
  • Always verify that the expected discount is reflected in your shopping cart total BEFORE checking out or you will NOT receive your discount.
  • If the expected discount is not reflected in your shopping cart then the online coupon or cart coupon codes have expired or the terms of the offer may have changed.
  • Presentation of coupons and coupon codes may not guarantee any person-to-person telephone or shopping cart discount.
  • Always read the fine print associated with the offer before participating in any associated purchase, promotions or coupon discounts.

Billing

Once an order is received in our office an

  • Order Confirmation: Line items and order number is sent to you via email the day the order is placed.
  • Shipping Information: Shipping follow-up is sent via email within 3 business days of the order including carrier, shipping date and tracking numbers.
  • Invoice: Will be sent via email within 24 hours. Mailed invoice requests are honored "upon request only".

Shipping

We ship to United States and Canada only. Most products are shipped via UPS Ground within 3 business days (depending on product availability) after receipt of payment as invoiced. 3rd Party, Canadian and Off-shore Locations

  • 3rd Party Shipping: Orders requesting shipment to locations other than the billing address will be verified via telephone prior to shipping and may be delayed by as much as 48 hours.
  • Canadian Orders: Shipments to Canada may incur customs, duties or brokerage fees associated with the receipt of the merchandise into that country. Payment of these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Off-shore Delivery: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam are made by UPS Expedited or Federal Express Standard Overnight service. A shipping charge adjustment may be billed to the customer at SureCom Solutions' sole discretion. Off-shore shipping may be delayed by as much as 48 hours.

Delivery Errors Due to Carrier or Claim Recipient Delay in Action

Due to Carrier Error

SureCom Solutions will not be held liable in the event of a shipping delay by carrier. Best efforts are made to ensure reasonable and timely delivery of merchandise. If errors are found to be that to the carrier, we will seek damages from carrier on behalf of purchaser to reclaim funds and reimburse purchaser. Purchaser will have the option to have original purchase delivered as agreed or receive a credit in the form of a check within 30 days of carrier settlement.

Due to Recipient Delay

SureCom Solutions will not be held liable for undeliverable merchandise due to delay or inaction on the part of the recipient to delivery efforts or notices from carrier. Purchaser is responsible for immediate action to sign for and claim packages. In the event a shipment is arranged by purchaser for delivery to an address other then a billing address it is the purchaser's primary responsibility to notify the recipient of impending delivery. At no time under these circumstances will SureCom Solutions be held liable for monetary or other damages resulting from such delivery delays or errors.
 

Refusal of Shipment

Any orders that are refused will be charged return shipping fees, as well as a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase amount. We strictly enforce collection of shipping fees under these circumstances.
 

Returns

SureCom Solutions takes fraudulent claims very seriously. Products represented within this web site are guaranteed to be new and defect-free by each respective manufacturer. SureCom Solutions guarantees that should any item prove to be defective within a window of 14 days from the date you receive it, we'll replace it according to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty included in each package.
 

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

Returns will be accepted at the sole discretion of SureCom Solutions. No merchandise will be accepted where an RMA has not been issued. To obtain an RMA, contact your sales agent within 10 days by completing the provided feedback and contact form.

Returns will be accepted ONLY under these conditions:

  • SureCom Solutions shipping error.
  • Merchandise damaged during shipping (verified).
  • Merchandise Exchange (20% re-stock fee, customer responsible for all shipping charges).
  • Returns for exchange with damaged or missing parts will not be accepted and will be returned at customers expense.

SureCom Solutions will deny credit or payment of shipping charges for merchandise returned without an RMA.

Cancellations

Cancellations will not be accepted once merchandise has been processed for shipping. A 14-day return window may be used for exchange of merchandise models one for the other. There is a 20% restocking fee for exchanged merchandise.

Warranties

SureCom Solutions is an authorized dealer and reseller of various manufacturer products. All products represented on this web site are new factory-sealed models. The manufacturer's warranty covers material and functional defects and faulty parts. Products from the associated manufacturers may be returned to the manufacturer under the terms of their warranties for replacement if defective as indicated above minus shipping and handling. Manufacturer warranties commence from the date of original invoice.  Product registration is required to activate manufacturer warranties and customer will assume all responsibility for it registration of applicable merchandise.  Under the terms of manufacturer warranty, manufacturer will repair or replace, at their option, defective merchandise at no charge to you.

Disputes

Arbitration, Choice of Law and Forum. Any dispute, controversy or claim relating to this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association Rules. The number of arbitrators shall be one (1). The place of arbitration shall be exclusively Walnut Creek, California, U.S.A. The language of the arbitration shall be English. This Agreement shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to its conflicts of law rules.
